High Intensity! Detailed Instruction!
Our fall youth program provides young athletes with the opportunity to improve their skils in a small group training environment. Athletes will get the chance to improve their skills in a variety of ways with an emphasis on ball handling, finishing and gaining a better understanding of the game.
Athletes will participate in a variety of skills, drills and insturction types including the opportunity to test their skills in a variety of small sided games and competitions.
