We are back with proven instruction and some exciting new skills and drills for 2019. The Skills Camp covers a wide variety of skills necessary to play the game at a high level. This camp covers correct use of footwork, post moves, passing angles, and correct defensive positioning, delivering the foundation that every player needs. The Skills Camp builds individual skills as well as team concepts offensively and defensively. Will include some controlled scrimmaging situations. You bring the effort and a great attitude, we'll cover the rest!
